

Contract Administration Manager

Job Description:
Under the immediate supervision and direction of Licensing Vice President, lead contract administration team in contract generation, negotiation and execution. Work closely with VP of Licensing to ensure that contracts are executed in a timely manner.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university, paralegal certification and at least five (5) years related experience and/or training. Relies on knowledge and expertise to use independent judgment and analytical skills to research, problem solve and make day-to-day business decisions. Ability to read, interpret, analyze, generate and negotiate variable licensee contract standardization consistent with company policy. Ability to write business correspondence; communicate well with others, and contracts. Demonstrated ability to effectively problem solve, communicate (written/verbal) to respond to questions from groups of managers, licensees, and the general public. Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint proficiency required.
