I've worn this running, a casual evening out, as well as during the day time. I bought it for running. I'm typically a size 12/L but in sports clothing I can often wear a 10/M. (I'm 5'8", 139 lbs., 40C-30-38.) The shirt feels more like an XL to me. But, I also prefer my running shirts to be tighter on my body than some people and not as long as this one is. Sometimes the bottom has rolled up on me when I sit down. I do like that it clings to my body when running and I like the moisture wicking efficiency.
The color is great and matches the HK running shoes that I also bought. Even my HK hating friends love it!
