I love this product - perfect combination of my love for Kello Kitty and age appropriateness. I am a bit unsure about how I feel about the inside. It has a strap to put the laptop in, but it is not too clear on how to use it best. Though it may seem trivial, it would be nice to have a litte "how to use this best" guide for consumers. But, that is only a SMALL feat. This product is BEAUTIFUL!
