This headset works very well. I can hear very clearly when using it with either my personal iPhone or my work Blackberry. I can actually hear better with it on each phone. I think the other reviewer has reception issues that are not related to the headset. It is very cute-it get a lot of attention and starts conversations everywhere I go! I have had it for many months now and it continues to be reliable.

I live in a basement level apartment with only *one* spot (by the window) that my phone actually has service. Its very difficult to remain leaning over my desk for the duration of a call and the speaker on my phone isn't very clear so its generally not an option to put calls on speaker. I thought I would buy this and solve my phone issue, but its awful. I can hear just fine on my end, but anyone I call says there is tons of static and feedback and they can't make out what I'm saying. Sometimes I can slowly rotate the jack until its clear enough to make due, but its still staticy for them. If the box hadn't been destroyed by my cat, this definitely would've been returned..
