I bought these for my daughter's car. They are plastic and was kind of hoping they were metal, but they are different. I have never seen something like this in Hello Kitty and for the price, I was willing to give them a try.

I thought that these were metal, but they are cheap plastic. I bought eight (four packages), and they are not worth the [$] I paid for them, including an outrageous shipping fee of $13.00 and a $10.00 coupon code. Also, they do not screw on. The holes are much larger than the bolt that they are supposed to cover. They have a flimsy sticker that is supposed to secure them to the bolt/license plate. There is NO way that they would last without falling off. You would not even be able to go through a car wash with these things. I ended up putting two of them on my knobs of my stereo.
