I was really excited about this ring, its so cute but gem fell out and the silver color rubbed off as well as turning my finger green. I wrote a letter asking about it and never heard anything.

When looking at the ring on the website, it appeared to be exactly what I wanted. When the ring arrived I was in LOVE with it. I wore it that day for about 5 hours, but when I got home and looked at the ring, I wanted to return it. My finger had already been turned green and the ring's band had chaned colors. Sanrio's policy says they will not exchange discounted items so I am not able to get a new one. So now I'm stuck with this stupid ring. SAVE YOUR MONEY!

I got this as a valentines day gift. The ring ism pretty and I got complements, but many of the rhinestones fell and I'm now embarrassed of wearing it. The should glue and secure them better.
