I use totes of this size as purses; they're more accommodating. Being brand new, it feels really stiff, which I'm really liking. I hope it keeps its shape.
A few interior pockets would've been great to help keeps thing organized...
Overall I'm happy I bought it, seeing its now out of stock. I've been dying to get a Kuromi bag for a long time!

This was a gift for my younger sister, who takes ballet, and wanted to use it to carry all her supplies with we to class. It was advertised as having two interior pockets, and it has no pockets whatsoever. Besides that, the zipper on the top is very nice and the overall make of the bag is very sturdy and very nice.

This purse is real good, I'm able to fit all of my things in here. I bought this in store and it was [$] on sale so I recommend go to a Sanrio store to save some money. I purchased this last year and is still in excellent shape. I take this purse from school at the university stuffing all kinds of junk into it and work where kids are rough with it (when I'm not paying attention) to having a night out with the friends. This purse I do recommend and is still in good shape. Cons- the straps do pull a little at the back if you put over 7 or 8 lbs in the bag and no smaller compartments. All in all, not terrible.

bought this bag and the matching overnight kuromi bag for the weekend out. i love the design and how stylish it looks. the straps are great and are very sturdy. the only problem would be the lack of extra pockets inside the bag.
if you plan to hold small things in there without a separate/dedicated case (make-up, small electronics like digital camera or cellphone, other knick knacks) then it becomes a hassle to dig in and look for it. other than that -- the only reason i had to take off a star -- there's no other problem with it.
it would be very useful for students carrying lightweight books, notebooks, folders, thin binders, netbooks or small laptops, and tablets.

This turned into a purse for me. I went into the store looking for a purse, but, didn't find one that I liked that would be durable enough for the lifestyle of a mom to a little boy. I had 2 requirements. Must be durable. And must be able to hold my ipad2 and it's accessories. This does both!!
