Not a japanese Excluse Ibought it befor that was up. I read a previous review about someone haveing it an not leaking which is something I need when I sleep an for me same thing. It doesn't leak which is just SO GREAT!! I LOVE IT!! I know my drinks at night are safe as well as everything around them it's really nice. It might be costly but it works really well so you're paying for quality whoever made this for them did a great job. As for pictures on the container I'm very careful with them I know if you drop it it's UNLIKELY to break but that doesn't mean the photo's will not scratch off....

Nice little bottle. Great for bedside or traveling, doesn't spill; even when I knocked it over in my sleep. Was expecting a rubber straw, but hard straw works fine. Straw is a little short, though.
