Great for little yogurt, and little hands. I use small dishes, and eat from small containers, but anything to big, and it will sink or slide into the food. I will use this mostly for travel. I think it's great for little kids, so I will probably use this more with my son, even though I mainly bought this for myself. I wish they made it to be seven inches, it would feel better in an adult hand. My hand size is an average woman's size, not too big, nor small.
