Delivery Time Estimates
Your order will ship from our warehouse within 7-10 business days after receipt of order. You will receive an order confirmation email when your order has been received. When your order is shipped, we will send you a shipment confirmation email with tracking information for you to track your package.
Please Note: If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect, invalid or incomplete shipping address it will be processed as a return and a refund issued. We're sorry, but shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. We appreciate your understanding.
Selecting the "Signature Required" option will guarantee delivery of your package as the carrier will not leave a package without a signature from the shipping address. If the "Signature Required" option is not selected, Sanrio will not be held responsible or liable for any missing package(s) for any reason. We will, however, be happy to assist you with any claims filing with the carrier upon your request.
Canadian import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are payable upon receipt of the order. All International orders are subject to local taxes payable upon receipt of order and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Special Extended Return Policy for the Holiday Season
You may return holiday purchases (orders placed between November 1st and December 24th) until January 31st of the immediate following year. All holiday returns must be postmarked by January 31st.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase made on the Sanrio Online Store, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price and respective sales tax (if applicable). Please read our policy below for all of the details.
The Sanrio Online Store is the official online store for Sanrio merchandise in the United States, United States Territories, and Canada. The Sanrio Online Store currently ships only to the United States, US Military Bases, US Territories, and Canada.
